How to Send Us Your Fieldbar
There are three ways to get your Fieldbar to us:
- Drop it off in person at our bakery: 83 Gordon Road, Roundhay, Somerset West
- Drop it off at Meraki: 43 Church Street, Stellenbosch
- Send it via Uber (Please note: we are unable to manage Uber deliveries on our side)
Ways to Collect Your Tiramisu
You can collect your tiramisu from:
- Somerset West – at the bakery: 83 Gordon Road, Roundhay, Somerset West
- Stellenbosch – at Meraki: 43 Church Street, Stellenbosch
- Cape Town – at Engen Oranje Service Centre (near Mount Nelson Hotel), Fridays only, 13:00–14:00
- Uber delivery – send an Uber to collect your order (Please note: we cannot manage Uber deliveries)
Our tiramisu is made fresh to order and packed in a special cooler box to keep it chilled during transport. The cooler is intended for short-term transport only, so please place your tiramisu directly into the fridge upon receipt.
How to Store & Enjoy:
Keep refrigerated at all times.
Enjoy as soon as possible, ideally within 24–48 hours of collection or delivery.
Please avoid leaving it at room temperature for extended periods to preserve freshness and quality.

Our tiramisu is made fresh to order and packed carefully in a cooler box to keep it chilled during transport.
Delivery & Collection
We’ll always do our best to deliver on time, but occasional delays—like traffic or courier issues—are beyond our control. Once your order is delivered or collected, keeping it chilled and handling it safely is your responsibility.
Refunds & Issues
Because our tiramisu is perishable, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please let us know within 2 hours (with a photo if possible), and we’ll do our best to make it right.

By ordering, you agree to handle your tiramisu with care once it’s in your hands. We cannot take responsibility for spoilage or any issues caused by storage or handling outside our guidelines.
